Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hifdh and Tajweed Courses:
The following policies and procedures apply to all Peel Quran Academy (PQA) sessions, workshops, and courses.
           
Registration and Fees: 
Course fees must be paid online using the PQA website. Payment is required at the time of registration when Individuals or organizations preferring an invoice as the method of payment must contact Peel Quran Academy directly to make the request prior to registration in a training session, workshop, or course. If payment is not received 10 business days prior to the course start date, individuals will be automatically removed from the course.
           
Training Sessions and Workshops:
Peel Quran Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for a just cause (e.g., facilitator illness, severe weather, etc.). In the unlikely event that the class needs to be canceled, you may transfer to another class or receive a full refund. 
Exemptions will be considered at Peel Quran Academy’s discretion. If you are unable to complete your course due to extenuating circumstances, please contact Peel Quran Academy to discuss the possibility of transferring to another session or receiving a refund.
           
Refund Policy:
1. A full refund will be given up to 10 business days prior to the training session/workshop start date.
2. No refunds will be given for No Shows (A participant who registers but does not attend the classes and/or engage with the course content)
3. No refunds will be given to participants receiving an Incomplete/Fail as defined above.
4. A full refund will be provided if a course has been canceled by Peel Quran Academy. The administrative fee will be waived.
           
Refunds are issued by Peel Quran Academy and may take up to 6 weeks after the refund has been processed to be received. Refunds are issued either by cheque or directly to the original method of payment, when possible.

Terms & Conditions

Dealings With Third Parties
You acknowledge and agree that your correspondence or business dealings with any third parties, including any merchants or advertisers, found on, or through, Peel Quran Academy (PQA) Website or any of the Services, including payment for and delivery of related services, and all other terms, conditions, representations and warranties related to such dealings, are solely as between you and such third parties. PQA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner. Further, the responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in connection with any such transactions shall be yours alone. You agree that PQA shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of, or in connection with, any such dealings or transactions.
                                    
Professional Information Disclaimer
Peel Quran Academy may make available certain information provided by third parties related to various professional fields such as, without limitation, health and fitness related matters, law, accounting and financial planning and investments (the “Professional Information”). The Professional Information is provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product or course of action. Use of PQA Website, services and programs does not replace consultations with a qualified medical, legal, financial or other relevant professional. You agree that all risk associated with the use of, or reliance on, any of the Professional Information rests with you. You further agree that PQA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of, or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any such Professional Information.
                                    
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peel Quran Academy and each of its officers, directors, employees and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or related to: (a) your access to or use of the PQA Website, Services or Content; or (b) your use or reliance on, or publication, communication or distribution of anything on or from the PQA Website or through any of its Services.
